The American poster is almost ALWAYS folded. It was sent out to the theaters that way, and isn't too
hard to find on eBay. The one time I saw a ROLLED copy of the poster for sale, two insane rich people (I
wish I were one of them) fought over it, and I think it went for a couple of hundred dollars.
I've seen three different Australian Daybills (A.K.A. Australian Insert). Despite the hype of the Daybill
sellers, they really are a nice size for framing, about 14" X 36", though recently the price has gone up to
$25. I believe have all been folded, but the paper is so thick that the fold almost disappears when it's
framed. Of the three, I have the coolest one (Daybill 3), and I wouldn't mind having the second coolest
one (Daybill 1). The third is, of course, really awful looking (Daybill 2) There is a second Japanese
poster which is about the same shape as the Daybills. It was really, really, nice looking, and I regret not
buying it. I also regret not at least saving the picture of it, so I could show all of you.
I sometimes wonder how the Japanese reacted to this film. One of the Godzilla movies had a great
time travel sequence in which they went back in time to see a World War II Godzilla saving the
Japanese by killing a bunch of American soldiers, so you never know.  Notice on the Turkish poster that
they mispelled Katherine Ross's name.   Sorry about the poor photos for the British Quad and American
Half-Sheet posters. They are the best I could get, and my software can only do so much to make them
look better.
